Notably, as the Professional Standards Division Commander, Mr. Hebert adeptly managed administrative investigations into alleged employee misconduct, overseeing inquiries into officer-involved shootings, in-custody deaths, sexual harassment, discrimination complaints, and hostile working environments. His extensive experience also includes nearly eight years as the Special Operations and Professional Standards Commander, where he meticulously reviewed all departmental use-of-force incidents.
