In loving memory of Norman A Traub
1931-2019
Norman A Traub is the sole-creator of NATA Workplace Investigators. Growing up in Venice, CA, Norm made an impact on countless peoples’ lives from a very young age. From being quite the troublemaker as a teenager, to becoming an incredible athlete, earning district-wide recognition for gymnastic and rope-climbing, Norm succeeded no matter the circumstances.
After high school, Norm enlisted in the United States Airforce, where serving his country became the utmost priority in his life and career. Following his enlistment, Norm was just as successful in his professional career, rising through the ranks to become the Police Chief for the cities of Placentia and Orange and the interim Police Chief in the cities of Banning, Coachella, Murrieta and San Bernardino Community College. Having received his B.S. Degree in Public Management from Pepperdine University and his M.P.A. from USC, Norm was graduated from the FBI National Academy and from Josephson Institute of Ethics.
A fellow Police Chief wrote that Norm taught him “leadership, character, integrity, and the willingness to help others.” Norm’s high moral standards have both touched and inspired so many, be it other professionals or members of his very own family.
His legacy will continue on through the company he created and built, where his memory will always be remembered with respect and admiration. In loving memory of Norman A Traub, 1931-2019.
