Throughout his journey, he has undertaken diverse roles, from Detective to Crisis Negotiator, showcasing a multifaceted skill set. As a Sergeant overseeing the Professional Standards Unit (P.S.U.), he conducted internal affairs investigations and played a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Advancing to the position of Commander, Mr. Reynoso led the Administrative Unit at the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office for nearly a decade, where he meticulously managed special investigations, internal affairs, and background checks for various positions within the office.
Complementing his extensive practical experience, Mr. Reynoso holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Master’s in Business and Organizational Management from the University of La Verne. His commitment to professional development is evident through his graduation from the California Commission of Peace Officer Standard and Training (P.O.S.T.) Supervisor Leadership Institute, along with completion of P.O.S.T. Management and Internal Affairs training programs.
